Here at Leading Edge Mfg., we understand the importance of precision.  We use top- quality AMADA machinery to manufacture high quality end results.  For our precision laser cutting services, we use the AMADA LC2415 machine, which is a carbon dioxide CNC laser cutting machine. This system has a max material thickness of 0.500" carbon steel, 0.250" stainless steel and 0.187" aluminum. It has a cut speed of 0 - 787 inches/min and can run a max sheet size of 198" x 61".  The LC2415 has a positioning accuracy of 0.0004"/20" and a positioning repeat-ability of 0.0004".

Our CNC laser-cutting machine is manually operated. Unlike fully automated systems, a manually operated system yields more attention to detail. Because we have a trained operator monitoring the process at all time, the highest quality and precision is maintained throughout the entire process.  This system allows us the flexibility for prototyping and smaller run quantities.
